There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on spa treatments, please allow enough time to reschedule if you think you may not be able to make it, as no shows will be charged at the full amount.

The cancellation policy for spa packages is 48 hours and a 100% deposit at the time of booking on all spa packages is required.

Please note no refunds are given for appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours.
