Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment so you have time to relax and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time, and the full treatment price will still apply.

We have both male and female therapists on site.

Medical conditions

If you have any medical conditions or are in the first trimester of pregnancy, please consult your doctor before booking a treatment. Let your therapist know about any allergies or medication you are taking, as this may affect your treatment.

Dietary requirements

If your package includes Cream Tea or Afternoon Tea, please confirm your booking time and any dietary requirements with Reception on 01803 206001.

What to wear

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing when you arrive for your treatment. Towelling robes may be provided by your therapist. Swimwear is required when using the spa pool and surrounding areas. Suitable gym clothing and footwear must be worn when using the gym.
